Venue Map

The ESO-Conference will be conducted in ballroom Neptune D&E.  All buffets will be in the hallway directly outside the ballroom and meals will be consumed back in the ballroom.

Networking Event

The networking event will take place on the 7th floor at the Horsefeather Social which can be reached by stairs or elevator.  The event will be outside on the grass area of the Horsefeather. In the event of inclement weather, the alternate space will be the ballroom Neptune D&E.

 

At each networking event, attendees will receive two drink tickets.  Tickets may be redeemed for beer, wine, or liquor drinks.  A cash bar will also be available for attendees to purchase additional beverages as desired.

 

Credentials will be required to be worn at all times during the conference and networking events.

Blazers, suit jackets or sport coats – Highly recommended for men.

Dress Code

This is a professional conference, and as such we want to make sure that all attendees dress appropriately.

The dress code for this event is Business Casual. 

  • Slacks or business dress pants, khakis, chinos, knee-length skirts, dark jeans without holes.

  • Button-down shirts, sweaters, blouses, or polo shirts.

  • Blazers, suit jackets or sport coats – Highly recommended for men.

  • Knee-length or maxi dresses.

  • Optional cardigans.

  • Closed-toed shoes such as loafers, Oxfords, boots, pumps or flats.

  • Simple, professional accessories such as scarves, belts, or jewelry.

 

The BEPP reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals who do not abide by the dress code set forth.

 

 

Conference Code of Conduct

The Board of Executive Protection Professionals (BEPP) is committed to conducting the Executive Security Operations Conference (ESO-Conference) in a professional manner for all attendees, special guests, and conference sponsors. The BEPP takes professionalism seriously and expects all participants to conduct themselves accordingly during the ESO-Conference. 

 

We invite you to attend the ESO-Conference in a spirit of curiosity, friendliness, open-mindedness, and respect.  Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated at ESO-Conference.

 

During the ESO-Conference, you agree to: 

  • Have your credential properly displayed at all times.

  • Respect the boundaries of other attendees.

  • Avoid aggressively promoting your own services, products or causes.

  • Respect the confidentiality requests of speakers and other attendees.

  • Look out for one another.

  • Be respectful of the rules and policies of the meeting venue and hotel.

  • Contribute to an inclusive event experience through respectful interactions with all ESO-Conference attendees.

Inappropriate Conference Behavior:

  • Being disruptive, drinking excessively, stalking, following, or threatening anyone.

  •  Inappropriate use of power (including abuse in connection with position, wealth, race, or gender).

  • Ignoring health, safety, or security guidelines that may result in a risk to yourself or others.

  • The expression of or forms of discrimination against a particular group or class of individuals.

  • Behavior that discriminates against a group or class of people.

  • Sexual harassment of any kind, including unwelcome sexual attention and inappropriate physical contact.

If, while at the ESO-Conference, you have been involved or have witnessed an incident that violates the Code of Conduct, please contact James Cameron or another BEPP Board member and let them know immediately. 

 

BEPP’s commitment 

Upon receiving a report of an incident at an event, the BEPP will investigate it with discretion and confidentiality.  The BEPP reserves the right to ban any person who violates our Code of Conduct from attending the ESOC in its entirety or in part, and/or to revoke the individual’s registration without refund.
